• Elfien Goentoro President Director

    Elfien Goentoro serves as President Director for PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) based on SOE Minister Decree No. SK-177/MBU/08/2017 issued on August 31, 2017, about Dismissal and Appointment of Company Members, Board of Directors of PT Dirgantara Indonesia.

    Elfien Goentoro holds a degree in Business Management – Padjajaran University (S3) on 2017, Master Business Administration – Cantebury Business School (S2) on 1994 and Chemical Engineering – Institute Technology of Bandung (S1) on 1987.

    Prior to join with PTDI, he trusted as President Director of PT Pelni (Persero) from 2015 until August 2017 and as Director of Commerce and Business Development in the same company, a year before.

  • Ade Yuyu Wahyuna Director of Commerce

    Ade Yuyu Wahyuna serves as Director of Commerce in PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) based on SOE Minister Decree No. SK-138/MBU/06/2019 issued on June 19, 2019, concerning Dismissal and Appointment of Company Members, Board of Directors of PT Dirgantara Indonesia.

    He was graduated from Nusantara Islamic University for Bachelor of Administrative Law in 1990. Prior to his job now as Director of Commerce in 2019, he held roles as Corporate Secretary of PTDI in 2018 and having a solid experience in Business Development, Marketing and Sales in PTDI back then. Currently he also serves as a Commissioner of PT GENTS since year 2016.

  • Gita Amperiawan Director of Technology and Development

    Marsma TNI Gita Amperiawan serves as Director of Technology and Development in PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) based on SOE Minister Decree No. SK-142/MBU/07/2017 issued on July 26, 2017, about Dismissal, Nomenclature of Positions, Tasks Diversion, and Appointment of Company Members, Board of Directors of PT Dirgantara Indonesia.

    His educational backgrounds are Phylosophy Doctor – Cranfield University, England and a Bachelor from Institute Technology of Bandung. Previously, he ever serves as Head Subdirectorate of Defense Technology of Ministry of Defense, and also served as Indonesian Air Force Commander of Maintenance Unit.

  • Muhammad Ridlo Akbar Director of Production

    Muhammad Ridlo Akbar serves as Director of Production in PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) based on SOE Minister Decree No. SK-138/MBU/06/2019 issued on June 19, 2019, concerning Dismissal and Appointment of Company Members, Board of Directors of PT Dirgantara Indonesia.

    Muhammad Ridlo Akbar was graduated from Jenderal Ahmad Yani University in Mechanical Engineering, year 2010. Prior to his position now as the Director of Production, he served as Head of Manufacturing Engineering Department since 2018. He was also pursuing a Master Degree in Management and Industrial Engineering, Institute Technology of Bandung.

  • Ahyanizzaman Director of Finance

    Ahyanizzaman serves as Director of Finance in PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) based on SOE Minister Decree No. SK-280/MBU/10/2018 issued on October 26, 2018, about Dismissal and Appointment of Company Members, Board of Directors of PT Dirgantara Indonesia.

    Ahyanizzaman is a Bachelor of Economy in Accounting – Airlangga University, Surabaya, in 1991. In his career journey, since 2004 until now, he has various training experiences in terms of Financial Training, Corporate Governance & Leadership, and many more, both local and overseas. Before he serves as Director of Finance in PTDI in 2018, he was assigned as Director of Marketing & Supply Chain, Director of Human Resources & Legal, Director of Finance, and also as Main Commissioner in PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

  • Sukatwikanto Director of General Affairs and Human Capital

    Sukatwikanto serves as Director of General Affairs and Human Resources in PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) based on SOE Minister Decree No. SK-49/MBU/03/2017 issued on March 14, 2017, about Dismissal and Appointment of Company Members, Board of Directors of PT Dirgantara Indonesia.

    Sukatwikanto was graduated from Industrial Engineering, Magister Business Administration – Institute Technology of Bandung (S2) on 1994 and Electrical Engineering – Brawijaya University (S1) on 1985. Before he was appointed as Director of General Affairs and Human Resources in 2012, he was assigned as Head of Internal Supervision Unit from February 2008 until March 2012.

  • Marsekal TNI Yuyu Sutisna Head Commissioner

    Born in Bandung on June 10, 1962, Air Marshal, Yuyu Sutisna was first appointed as President Commissioner of PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) on March 29, 2018 based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number: SK-77 / MBU / 03/2018 concerning  Termination, Transfer of Duties and Appointment of the Board of Commissioners of the Company (Persero) PT Dirgantara Indonesia.

    Air Marshal, Yuyu Sutisna was a Bachelor of Economics in 2003 and continued his study to obtain a Masters of Management from Gajayana University Malang in 2015. He is an Air Vice Marshal who now serves as the Air Force's Chief of Staff, effective since January 17, 2018, previously served as Deputy Air Force Chief of Staff in 2017.

  • Marsdya TNI Fahru Zaini Isnanto Vice Commissioner

    Born in Klaten on September 19, 1963, Air Force Lieutenant General, Fahru Zaini Isnanto, was first appointed as Deputy President Commissioner of PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) on June 20, 2017 based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises. Number: SK-114 / MBU / 06/2017 concerning the Termination and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of the Company (Persero) PT Dirgantara Indonesia.

    Air Force Lieutenant General, Fahru Zaini Isnanto, was a graduate of the Air Force Academy in 1986. Then he continued his study in 2000 to obtain a Master of Defense at Canberra University, Australia. In this time, he is an Air Force Lieutenant General since January 25, 2019 and also has a mandate as Deputy Air Force Chief of Staff.

  • Isfan Fajar Satryo Independent Commissioner

    Born in Bandung on March 7th, 1970, Isfan Fajar Satryo was appointed to be the Independent Commissionare of PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) based on Ministrial Decree of State-owned Companies Number : SK-77/MBU/03/2018 about Termination, Transfer of Duties, and Appointment of Board Members Commissioners Partnership Company of PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero).

    Before becoming the Commissioner of PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero), he was a President Commissioner of PT Sindulang Hondot Pariama in 1998 and the President Commissionare of PT Insani Bina Perkasa in 1996 until now.

  • Slamet Soedarsono Commissioner

    Born in Nganjuk on July 7th, 1962, Slamet Soedarsono was appointed as a Commissioner of PT Dirgantara Indonesia (DI) Company based on Ministerial Decree of SOE No. SK-77/MBU/03/2018 on Termination, Transfer of Duties, and Appointment of Board of Commissioners for PT Dirgantara Indonesia Company (Persero), issued on March 29th 2018. Slamet Soedarsono obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Agribusiness Study from Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) in 1987 and his Master's Degree in Public Policy from Saitama University of Japan in 1994. Recently, he received his Doctorate in Accounting from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Padjadjaran University 2019.

    Besides being active as a Commissioner, he is serving as Chief of Audit Committee at PT DI since May 2020. He is also a Deputy Minister for Political Affairs, Law, Defense, and Security of Ministry of Development Planning/National Development Planning Agency since February 2017.


  • Jamaluddin Malik Independent Commissioner

    Jamaluddin Malik was appointed as an Independent Commissioner according to the SOE Minister Decree No. SK-149/MBU/05/2020, issued May 18th 2020, about the Termination and Appointment of Commissioners Members, of the Company (Persero) PT Dirgantara Indonesia.

    He achieved his Master Degree in Administrative Science from Moestopo University in year 2015 after he finished his Politics study in Institute of Social & Political Sciences Jakarta in year 2004.

    Before he took the post of the Commissioner of PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero), he was also the Commissioner of PT RNI (Holding) and any other companies, and also has another background as Head of Public Relations PT SETDCO Group in year 2003 to 2011.
